We reserve the right at any time to change what access is included in this package and to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if we deem that your behaviour or actions are unacceptable, illegal or abusive.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to remove anyone from our private Groups and/or Communities if we deem their behavior promotional, inconsistent, negative, or counterproductive to the overall progress of the client group.

Refund policy: Due to limited spaces and high demand, there are no refunds whatsoever for this programme. If you are unwell or unable to attend the date of training, we will reschedule your training for a later date, or the following group session.

If at anytime, you would like to pause our services or stop our services, we will review the circumstances on a case by case basis and the outcome will be at the discretion of Customers On Demand Limited.

You are not entitled to a refund if you are unable to continue to trade or your business becomes insolvent at any time. We will stop our services with immediate effect.

By purchasing a payment plan, you expressly agree that we are authorized to charge your selected payment plan on the Payment Method you designate. You can update change this information at anytime by logging into your video library, and clicking the settings tab under the username.
